How it works
Select the type of request you want to make.
There are two (2) types of request
Request Review of My Document / Agreement
This is when you have a completed document / agreement and would like our lawyers to review it. Select this option then complete the form.
Request Document / Agreement
This is when you are yet to have a document for your specific need, when you select this option there will be a search selection field in the form to search for the document you would like us to send to you. Select this option and then complete the form.
