Our Counsel secondment solutions is a tailored service package that offers a cost-effective platform to benefit from on-call legal services, dedicated solely to the client’s business.
Data Protection Officer Service: We are able to provide our clients with either an own Data Protection Officer, or an independent external expert member of our team as part of the client’s own compliance team to enable ongoing support on data protection. This solution is most relevant in situations where a client is required by law to appoint a Data Protection Officer but hiring an own Data Protection Officer is not commercially viable.
Compliance Officer Service: We provide our clients with either an outsourced Compliance Officer, or an independent external member of our team as part of the client’s own internal compliance team. This solution is most relevant in situations where a client is required to appoint a Compliance Officer under extant Nigerian laws but hiring an in-house Compliance Officer is not commercially viable.
