Prior to accepting to represent a new client, we conduct a conflict of interest search to ensure that the legal services to be rendered will not conflict with our subsisting internal and/or clients interest in any way. We may also decline to represent a client if we have a legal service agreement with its competitors which restricts us from doing so.
Our overarching goal is to offer premium tailored legal services to our clients, to enable them to meet their commercial objectives. As such, each client receives the personal and direct attention of a Lead Attorney, a Senior Attorney and one or more Attorneys, as the case may require. The designated Lead is responsible for ensuring that all legal services required by the client are properly and promptly handled.
We are in constant cognizance of the importance of time to the business and operations of our clients; therefore, when entering into a legal service agreement with a client, we determine the specific time frames for concluding the required work, and in all cases the work is concluded on or prior to the agreed upon date.

We take the protection of privileged client information very seriously. Each of our staff is obliged to maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion, and prevent the unauthourised disclosure of client information. As a double edged measure, our support staff are not given access to clients’ files, unless otherwise instructed by a Senior Attorney.
For clients requiring services not offered by our Law Firm, we provide linkages to our affiliates and other recommended service providers who suit the profile sought. As and when required, we also offer supervisory services to ease our clients’ burden of following up on such service providers. These include but are not limited to portfolio managers, mainstream investment managers, valuers, accountants, auditors, land and estate agents, auctioneers and surveyors.
In a proactive response to the communication needs of our corporate and individual clients, we facilitate legal translation services in seven (7) languages (Arabic, French, Chinese Mandarin, English, Spanish and Portuguese). We enable the accurate and timely translations of documents, including registration documents; licenses; court processes, rulings and judgments; laws and regulations; affidavits; legal statements and certifications; court transcripts; commercial contracts, etc., We boast a solid network of skilled translators who are always up for a challenge.
